Molecular Chips (MOLCHIP)
The activity of the group MOLCHIP focuses on the development of new solid-state devices and cryogenic sensors of various types, as well as on the integration within these of magnetic molecular materials with potential in magnetic refrigeration and quantum computing. For these purposes, the group's research is organized along three lines: 1) synthesis, nanostructuration, deposition and processing of new molecular materials; 2) design, fabrication by nanolithography of sensors and other cryogenic devices; 3) use of sophisticated physical techniques to study molecular coolers and molecular prototypes of qubits and qugates.
