Materials science has important implications in our daily lives. It has changed our behavior, improved our well-being, and generated new challenges that we must face. "Play Tools" project aims to bring this materials science carried out by different research groups from the Aragon Materials Science Institute to society and secondary and high school students.

"Play Tools" project consists of 5 themed videos in web series format. Each chapter is around 5 minutes long; all the chapters will have a previous outline with a simple experiment that will increase the public's curiosity which is used to to introduce the theme. This form of narration invites the user to go into detail about the subjects that are being proposed in a natural way.

The videos of this project are:

  1. Superconductor materials (Spanish version with English subtitles)
  2. Thermoelectric materials (Spanish version with English subtitles)
  3. Manufacture and advanced characterization of magnetic materials (Spanish version with English subtitles)
  4. Materials for thermal applications (Spanish version with English subtitles)
